Part of our commitment to complete customer satisfaction is meeting our clients’ goals. You can’t meet a deadline with faulty or unsafe equipment. Inspections
Daily Inspections
When our dedicated team inspects the entire fleet every day, they’re making sure that every truck and every crane is in perfect condition. This team specializes in the proper upkeep of our heavy-lifting equipment, continuing our commitment to providing the highest quality equipment for our clients as possible.
Why Do We Do Daily Inspections?
These daily inspections assess a truck or crane’s current condition, so if there’s an issue, we can fix it before it becomes a problem. Here at CDH Rentals, LLC, we do these inspections to guarantee quality equipment.
Broken equipment slows down projects, wastes money, and is just an overall hassle. We prevent all of these by taking care of our equipment. We’re not just looking out for our cranes and trucks, we’re making sure we keep your budget and timeline intact.
What Are We Looking For?
During the daily inspection, our operators are looking for anything on the crane that might interfere with the crane’s operation. This can be normal wear and tear on the equipment, or parts that have come loose or been damaged.
Cranes and trucks are massive pieces of equipment, with many moving pieces. We’ve developed a checklist for our daily inspection, meaning we don’t miss anything. We take pride in our equipment, and we want to make sure it’s performing it’s best to complete our clients’ projects efficiently and safely.
Onsite Maintenance
Our daily inspections don’t stop when a crane or truck is rented. In accordance with the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), a daily inspection must be conducted by the crane operator each day and/or prior to use at the beginning of each shift.
Our operators ensure that there aren’t any loose, damaged, or broken parts that may affect the overall safety and performance of the crane or truck.
At the end of each shift, the crane operator will once again run through a certified checklist, making sure nothing was damaged during the shift.
