Refining work runs on turnarounds and emergencies. Both require equipment that shows up on time and operators who already know the gate procedure, the unit superintendent, and the safety culture of the plant. We invest heavily in compliance — ISN, Avetta, OSHA, owner-specific safety programs — and in operator training so that the crane that rolls in does not slow the project down. For turnarounds we engage in pre-build, pre-stage cranes inside the fence, and rotate operators on 12-hour shifts for as long as the outage runs.
